Designed by Tract Consultants for the Far East Corporation & Satterley, St Helena Wood & Wetlands is an example of residential development rejuvenating a sustainable presence of nature.

Just over 25kms from Melbourne’s CBD within the Banyule Shire, St Helena Wood is created on a challengingly steep & swampy infill site surrounded by existing residences. Master planned by dKo, the site has stunningly created a piece of Australiana on 19ha for 250dwellings. The waterway and rockery both enjoyed and protected by fenced pathways and bridges, a stroll before or after work will expose subline tranquillity. The sounds of cascading water. Of ducks, birds & frogs.

ULS Group were awarded both a Highly Commended (Landscape construction over $500k) & Commended (Natural Built Environment) by Landscaping Victoria Master Landscaping Industry Awards #LVawards 2018.
