Today at ULS Group we hosted a virtual morning tea, the focus of our event was reminding everyone that every day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?” and to support those struggling with life’s ups and downs. To mark this important event we invited the very talented Cam Knight we shared some laughs and a bit of banter.
It reminded us how important it is to stay connected and to look out for each other, so start the conversation check in with a colleague or a friend not just today but any day and ask the question.
